• Removable steps for added capacity

• Conforms to FEMA and ICC 500 guidelines

• Tested by the Texas Tech National Wind Institute

• Dual door emergency exit system

• Slightly raised edge to prevent water runoff from getting into shelter

• All shelters carry a limited lifetime, transferable warranty 

• Battery operated lighting and forced air ventilation in each shelter

• Coated with Life-Kote high-performance epoxy coating

• Bent plate steel added for side strength and to help lock into place

• Locking door system

• Removable hand rail

• Backfilled with concrete

• Carries engineers' seal of approval
